The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person in the attached photo who resides within the confines of the 81st Precinct in Brooklyn.
The details are as follows.

Brooklyn, NY 11233
It was reported to police that Jose Hurtado was last seen at his residence on Sunday, December 15, 2019, at 1500 hours.
He is described as an 81-year-old male, Hispanic, 5’9″, 170 lbs.
He has a medium build, dark complexion, silver hair and mustache.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray pants and black sneakers.
