On Sunday, June 11, 2023, at approximately 2115 hours, police responded to a 911 call of multiple people, shot in front of 1787 W. Farms Road, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival officers observed a 34-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso.
The victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital, where was pronounced deceased.
A 29-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso and a 29-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the buttocks were transported by private means to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
