The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Jasmine Hernandez
1456 Leland Avenue
Bronx, NY 10460
It was reported to the police that Jasmine was last seen on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at approximately 0000 hours, leaving her residence.
The missing is described as a 15-year-old female, Hispanic, approximately 5’03” tall, weighing 130 lbs., with a medium build, dark complexion, black hair, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing gray leggings, black shirt and blue crocs.
