Jacqueline Hogg Passes At 70

Jacqueline (Jackie) Hogg, 70, of Pearl River, died September 16, 2012, with her family by her side.

She was born May 24, 1942, in the Bronx to parents Timothy and Mildred Farley.

Jackie and her husband, Alfred, raised their children in Pearl River. Many fondly remember her as a bus driver for the school district, where she worked for more than 20 years. An avid Yankees fan, Jackie also volunteered as a coach in the Pearl River Girls Softball league.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Alfred; four sons, Alfred of Pearl River, Glen and his wife, Daniela, of Tappan, Gregory and his wife, Lauren, of New City, and Daniel of Pearl River; seven grandchildren, Gregory, Kelsey, Caity, Marissa, Christopher, Lindsey and Michael; two stepgrandchildren, Sean and Joseph Connelly; a brother; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to call at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc., 100 Franklin Avenue, in Pearl River on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 from 3 to 5 and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret’s Parish in Pearl River on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 10 a.m., with interment to follow at Ascension Cemetery in Airmont.
