On Saturday, July 25, 2026, at approximately 1655 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call of three (3) males, shot in front of 104 Elliot Place, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 12-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, a 34-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the left foot, and a 25-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the buttocks.
EMS responded and transported the 12-year-old victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
The 34-year-old male and the 25-year-old male were both transported to BronxCare Health System Hospital by private means and are listed in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
