The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the following individuals in connection to a custodial interference incident which occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on Sunday, March 15, 2020, at approximately 1000 hours, Samantha Matos, left 620 Rosedale Avenue with her 10-year-old son after an unsupervised visitation. She failed to return him home and fled to unknown location.
The victim has been identified as follows.

Elijah Pineda is described as a 10-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5ft, 80 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue track suit and black sneakers.

Samantha Matos
The wanted individual is described as a 38-year-old female, Hispanic.
