The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to help identify the child depicted in the attached photograph in an effort to reunite him with his family.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday September 07, 2019, at approximately 2230 hours, in the vicinity of E. 55 Street and Linden Boulevard in Brooklyn, NY, the child was found riding a black and green bicycle on his own.
The child was unable to provide contact information for his parents/guardians nor was he able to provide his home address. He is in good physical condition.
The child is described as a dark-skinned male, brown eyes, black hair, 4’2″, 80 lbs.; he wore a white tank top, gray shorts, and he had on blue and green Croc sandals.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
