The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to an attempted robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, December 27, 2021, at approximately 2200 hours, inside of a deli, located at 2 E. Burnside Avenue, the unidentified individual simulated a firearm and demanded money from the 62-year-old male store employee.
The victim did not comply and the individual fled on foot eastbound on Burnside Avenue.
There have been no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
