The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the three unidentified males, seen in the attached surveillance photographs, who are sought in connection with an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday December 4, 2020 at approximately 1305 hours, a 21-year-old male victim was standing in front of 321 E. 153rd Street, when three unknown male individuals walked past him, and after producing a firearm, proceeded to fire one gunshot in his direction, striking him in the left leg.

The unknown individuals fled southbound toward Morris Avenue.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
