Help Identify An Assault Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance video wanted for questioning in connection to an assault in the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.

The details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on Saturday, October 05, 2019, at approximately 0438 hours, inside 726 152nd Street (grocery / bodega), a 31-year-old male was involved in a dispute with an unidentified male at the location. The male left the location and returned with a firearm, shooting the victim in the left abdomen. The male fled the location eastbound on E. 152nd Street.

The victim was removed in stable condition to NYC Health & Hospitals / Lincoln with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
