The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following Person of Interest wanted for questioning in connection to an within the confines of the 46 Precinct.
The following has been reported to police.
On Monday, June 3, 2019 at approximately 2300, inside of 311 East 188th Street, Apt. 2E, a 23 year old male victim got into a verbal dispute with an unknown male individual which escalated into a physical altercation in which the male individual displayed a firearm and discharged two rounds, which struck him in the arm and shoulder. The individual then fled the apartment on foot toward Tiebout Avenue.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas hospital in serious but stable condition.
The individual wanted for questioning in this incident is described as a male, hispanic, 20-30 years of age, last seen wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants and white bucket hat.
