The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified males, who are seen in the attached surveillance video clip and photograph, who are sought for questioning in connection with an assault (non-fatal shooting), which occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, September 01, 2020, at 0358 hours,in front of a residential building in the vicinity of Trinity Avenue and Pontiac Place, the victim, a 31-year-old male, was pursued by unidentified males in Vehicle #1, a white BMW 7 Series sedan, and Vehicle #2, a silver Hyundai Sonata.

The unidentified males exited the vehicles and one of them discharged a firearm, striking the victim in his left leg.

The unidentified males fled in Vehicle #1 and Vehicle #2.

The victim was transported to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspects are attached and available at DCPI.
