The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at approximately 0042 hours, inside of 1420 Clay Avenue (Moya Barbershop), two unknown male individuals entered the location, each displaying black firearms and approached a 26-year-old male victim. The individuals demanded cash and jewelry while a third unknown individual stood outside as a lookout. After surrendering a gold chain with an approximate value of $3,000 and $350 cash, the first individual fired one gunshot at the victim, striking him in the torso.

The unknown individuals fled northbound on Clay Avenue in a blue sedan.

The victim was transported by EMS, to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical condition.

Individual 1 is described as a Black male, dark skinned, approximately 20-30 years of age; last seen wearing a black jacket with fur hood, black jeans, a white mask, dark blue skullcap and black and white sneakers.

Individual 2 is described as a Black male, dark skinned, approximately 20-30 years of age; last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants with a red vertical stripe down sides, white sneakers, a blue skullcap and a scarf over his face.

Individual 3 is described as a Black male, dark skinned, approximately 20-30 years of age; last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and multicolored sneakers.
