The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the two male individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to a gunpoint robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at 1900 hours, in the vicinity of Grant Highway and W. 169th Street, a 66-year-old male victim was walking on the street, when two unknown male individuals approached from behind, displayed a firearm and demanded his property.
The individuals then forcibly removed the victim’s jewelry and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.
The victim suffered pain and bruising, but refused medical attention at the scene.
The victim’s property had an undetermined estimated value.
The two individuals wanted in connection to this incident are described as males, Hispanic, 20-30 years of age.
