The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a grand larceny within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Friday, February 07, 2020, at approximately 1605 hours, inside of the Elder Avenue train station, the wanted individual approached the victim as she sat on a bench and removed the victim’s phone out of her hand.
