The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 46 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1925 hours, in front of 360 E. 188 Street, an unknown individual, using bolt cutters, did brake a security chain and remove a $1,900 E-bike before fleeing on the bike to parts unknown.
The individual is described as an adult male, light complexion, medium build, 5’5″ to 5’8″ tall, with short dark hair. He last seen wearing a black leather jacket, a dark colored sweatshirt, a dark colored baseball cap, black jeans and black and white sneakers.
