The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regard to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 45 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 1000 hours at the Gap store inside the Mall at Bay Plaza located at 200 Baychester Avenue, an unidentified individual illegally and without permission removed (60) t-shirts with a total worth of $1,200.00 from a display table before fleeing the location in an unknown direction.

The individual is described as an adult male, Hispanic-white, medium build with a mustache. He last seen wearing black sunglasses, a black knit cap, gray hoodie, gray and black sneakers with white laces, black sweatpants and a blue mesh grocery bag.
