The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph in connection to a grand larceny incident,that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 06, 2020, at approximately 1815 hours, inside of the 170th Street B / D line subway station, the unknown individual approached the 29-year-old female victim from behind and snatched her cell phone. The individual then ran out of the station to parts unknown.
The individual is described as male in his 20s – 30s, Black, who was wearing black pants, white t-shirt and white sneakers.
