The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached photo and video wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at approximately 2350 hours, a 19-year-old female victim was walking inside a residential building in the vicinity of E. 149th Street and Courtlandt Ave, when an unidentified male grabbed her buttocks. The male fled in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, black; last seen wearing dark clothing and a backpack.
