Help Identify A Forcible Touching Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, December 31, 2018, at approximately 1535 hours, onboard of MTA Bus, BX21, at the intersection of E. 149 Street and 3rd Avenue, a 32 year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified individual who sat next to her on the bus and began harassing her, as the victim got up to move to another seat, the individual grabbed her buttocks. He is described as a male, black, 45 to 50 years old, 5′.10″ to 6′, slim build with facial hair.
