The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in regard to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on Friday, February 11, 2022, at approximately 1100 hours, a 20-year-old female victim was walking at the corner of Brook Avenue and Westchester Avenue, when an unidentified male individual approached the victim from behind her, while riding on a bicycle, and grabbed her buttocks and then fled southbound towards Brook Avenue.

There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a male with a light skin complexion, approximately 40 to 50 years of age, with a medium build, and salt and pepper full beard.

He was last seen wearing a burgundy waist length jacket, tan pants, pink sneakers, multi-color winter hat and seen riding a black bicycle.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
