The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, October 07, 2021, at approximately 1438 hours, an unknown individual and a 20-year-old female victim both boarded a Bx3 MTA bus at Fordham Road and University Avenue.

Once on the bus, the individual did grab the victim’s buttocks and press his erect penis onto her buttocks.

The individual was last seen exiting the bus at University Avenue and West Burnside Avenue.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as an adult male, approximately 18-25 years of age, Black.

He was last seen wearing a blue baseball hat, a black long sleeve shirt, black pants, blue “Crocs” and a light-colored backpack.

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
