The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to a forcible touching within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On January 28, 2021, at approximately 1157 hours, the individual approached the 26-year-old female victim in front of McDonalds, located at 1540 Westchester Avenue, and grabbed her buttocks.
The individual is described as an adult male, Black, with a beard, wearing a blue jacket and gray pants.
