The New York Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph and video in regard to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx /
Transit District 11.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at approximately 1330 hours, inside the 149th Street and Grand Concourse subway station, a 30 year old female victim was waiting on the northbound “2” line platform when she was approached by an unknown male individual who engaged her in conversation before grabbing the victim’s buttocks several times. The individual then boarded a northbound #2 train to parts unknown. The victim was not injured during this incident.
The individual is described as a male, Hispanic, approximately 20-30 years of age, 5’7″ tall and 140 lbs., he was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
