Help Identify A Forcible Touching Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, January 06, 2019, at 1645 hours, in the vicinity of Crotona Avenue and Crotona Park North, an unknown individual approached a 13-year-old female victim and asked her to show him where Crotona park is located. The victim escorted the individual to Crotona Park, located at 1700 Crotona Avenue. Once inside the park, the unidentified individual placed his hands on the victim’s private area and exposed his penis to her.

The victim fled the scene and informed personnel at a nearby school of the incident; there were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a male, approximately 45-years-old, 160 lbs., 5’5″ tall, with brown eyes, light complexion and straight black hair.

He last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans, a black backpack and black sneakers.
