The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday October 22, 2019, at approximately 0804 hours, inside of a residential building in the vicinity of Elliot Place and Walton Avenue, the individual followed the 18-year-old female victim up the stairs and then grabbed her buttocks. The individual ran out of the building and fled in an unknown direction.
The individual is described as a male, Black, in his 20s, 5’9″, 140 to 150 lbs.; last seen wearing a blue jacket, a dark colored hooded sweater, black pants, and light colored sneakers.
