The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos in regard to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 49 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 1730 hours, in the vicinity of Williamsbridge Road and Stell Place, a 68-year-old female victim was walking home when an unknown individual grabbed her buttocks, before fleeing the location.
There were no reported injuries.
The individual is described as an adult male, Hispanic, approximately 190 lbs., 5’6″ tall, with a large build, light complexion and short black hair. He last seen wearing a green Champion t-shirt, brown shorts and white sneakers.
