The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo and video in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 45 Precinct in Bronx.

Help Identify A Forcible Touching Suspect

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 0750 hours, in the vicinity of Westchester Avenue and East Tremont Avenue, a 30-year-old female victim was walking to the train station when an unknown individual approached her and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.

The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately 30-years-old, 200 lbs., 5’11” tall, with brown eyes, light complexion, full beard and short black hair.

The suspect was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes and a black t-shirt with a picture on the front.
