The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual wanted in connection to a forcible touching incident within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at approximately 1720 hours, the individual was riding a black bicycle, and approached the 18-year-old female victim from behind as she was walking along Westchester Avenue and East 158 Street. Once the individual came upon the victim, he put his hand under her skirt, grabbed her buttocks and made lewd, suggestive comments to her in Spanish, before fleeing the location on the bicycle. The victim was not injured and refused medical attention.
The individual is described as follows:
- male, Hispanic, 20’s-30’s, 5’5″ tall, weighing approximately 150 lbs.; last seen wearing a black skull hat, a black waist length coat, blue jeans, red sneakers and a light colored book bag.
