The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs and wanted for questioning in connection to a burglary within the confines of the 50th Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to the police.

On Tuesday, April 07, 2020, at approximately 0523 hours, inside of 5201 Broadway (Dunkin Donuts), an unidentified individual forcibly entered through the ceiling of the establishment. Once inside, the individual removed approximately $13,500 dollars from cash registers and a safe.  The individual then fled the location southbound on the Major Deegan Expressway at W. 230th Street in a maroon Honda Accord with a sunroof and tinted rear windows.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
