The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with a burglary pattern, which occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Friday, September 17, 2021, at approximately 2225 hours, a unidentified male individual did enter the Bronx Barx Daycare facility, located at 111 Bruckner Boulevard through the front door of the building. Once inside, the individual went to the basement and removed a “Cannon” camera, valued at approximately $900 and approximately $3,117, before fleeing on foot to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Monday, September 20, 2021, at approximately 0446 hours, a unidentified male individual did enter the Bronx Barx Daycare facility, located at 111 Bruckner Boulevard through unlock side door of building and possible used a metal rod locking mechanism of entry door. Once inside, the individual removed electronics, valued at approximately $1,500, before fleeing on foot to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a an adult male, Hispanic, approximately in his 30s, with a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a white undershirt, black jacket, blue shorts, blue sneakers, black hat, blue face mask and was carrying a bag.
