The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a burglary, that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at approximately 0513 hours, inside of 209 E. Fordham Road (Pretty Girl Clothing Store), an unknown male individual was observed on surveillance cameras forcibly entering the commercial establishment through a locked door in the roof.

Once inside, the individual removed store merchandise and fled on foot.

The amount of property removed was approximately $9,000.

The individual being sought is described as a male, Black, 20-30 years of age.

Surveillance photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
