The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection with a commercial burglary, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at approximately 0152 hours, inside of a commercial building within the vicinity of Sheridan Avenue and E. 171 Street, an unknown individual forcibly gained entry through a basement door.
Once inside, the individual removed $1,800 in cash from a lockbox.
The individual then exited the building in an unknown direction.
