On Sunday, October 31, 2021, at approximately 0050 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at Colden Avenue and Adee Avenue, within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, in front of 951 Adee Avenue, police observed 3 victims with gunshot wounds as follows.
- Victim #1 is a 22-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head;
- Victim #2 is an 18-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his left leg;
- Victim #3 is a 69-year-old female with a graze wound to her right leg.
EMS also responded and transported both Victim #1 and Victim #2 to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where Victim #1 was pronounced deceased on Monday, November 01, 2021 and Victim #2 is listed in stable condition. Victim #3 was treated by EMS at the scene and refused further medical attention.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
