NYC is suffering a blood emergency! Blood donors are urgently needed!

This Hebrew Institute Of Riverdale – The Bayit (HIR) blood drive honors our partner the American Friends of Magen David Adom (MDA) for their heroic commitment to saving lives in Israel, as well as a top Bayit blood drive donor, Andrew Upton.

Please join us, support MDA, meet our MDA volunteer EMTs and Charlie the therapy dog, salute our honoree, be a hero, and save a life!

Please be healthy, be 17 to 75 years of age, (16 with NYBC signed parental consent form and proof of birthdate ), weigh at least 110 lbs., and bring a NYBC donor card or a photo or signature ID.

The blood drive will take place at the Hebrew Institute Of Riverdale – The Bayit: on Sunday, March 2, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Appointments preferred. Walk-ins welcome.

To register, please visit here, call 1-800-933- BLOOD or contact Seryl at blooddrive@thebayit.org.
