The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photohraph who resides within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

Franklin Hinton
103 Hale Avenue
Brooklyn, NY 11208
Franklin Hinton was last seen at his residence at 0500 hours on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
The missing is described as a 49-year-old male, Black, 5’10” and 200 lbs.
He was wearing a yellow jacket, dark grey sweatpants and blue sneakers.
