On Saturday, March 30, 2024, at approximately 2053 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers responded to multiple 911 calls of shots, fired at E. 187th Street and Tiebout Avenue, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 25-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest and a 23-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the stomach and buttocks.
Both victims were removed by EMS to Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, where the 25-year-old male was pronounced deceased and the 23-year-old male is listed in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
