The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person reported missing on Monday, September 09, 2019 within the confines of the 120 Precinct in Staten Island.
The details are as follows.

Frank Williams
797 Brighton Avenue
Staten Island, NY 10301
It was reported to police that the missing was last seen at his residence on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 1200 hours.
He is described as a 77-year-old male, White, 5’5″ tall, 175 lbs., the missing was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
