The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following male who resides within the confines of the 13th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

Missing:

Frank Dasilva
23 Lexington Avenue
Manhattan, NY 10010

It was reported to the police that Frank Dasilva was last seen on Monday, April 06, 2020, at approximately 1943 hours, leaving Bellevue Hospital.

The missing is described as a 78-year-old male, Hispanic, being approximately 5’5″, 170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

Clothing description unknown.
