On Wednesday, October 02, 2019, at approximately 1300 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault inside 285 E. 171th Street within the confines 44th precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 19-year-old female with multiple stab wounds to the body.
EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased.

Following the ongoing investigation, the following 23-year-old male individual was arrested and charged in regard to the incident above.

- murder
- criminal possession of a weapon
The investigation remains ongoing.
