Police have arrested a man in connection with a double homicide at a public housing development in Bronx.
Police arrested 44-year-old Willie Stukes of Bronx Monday night and charged him with two counts of second degree murder.
The shooting occurred around 11:00 a.m. at the Morrisania Houses.
Officers responding to a 911 call found 26-year-old Darryl Page and 23-year-old Tykquan Fennell unconscious and unresponsive.
Police say both Bronx men had been shot in the head and were pronounced dead at Lincoln Medical Center.
