On Sunday, August 09, 2020, at approximately 0430 hours police responded to a 911 call for a male shot at 146-56 183rd Street, in the confines of the 105th Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, officers were informed that a 25-year-old male victim, having sustained a gunshot wound to his lower back, was removed from the scene via private means and transported to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 27-year-old male individual was arrested and charged on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 1650 hours within the confines of the 105th Precinct.

- murder;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
