On Thursday, November 23, 2023, at approximately 2345 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot in front of 67 Macombs Place, within the confines of the 32nd Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed 48-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to the back.
The victim was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
