The NYPD is inviting the general public to visit the 42^nd Precincts Halloween Haunted Cells today, October 31, 2017, which will be held at 830 Washington Avenue.

Officials warn that no one under 12 years of age, those who suffer from epilepsy or pregnant women will not be admitted.

The Haunted Cells tour actually opened a night early for friends and family members of the NYPD.
