The NYPD is inviting the general public to visit the 42nd Precincts Halloween Haunted Cells today 10-31-17, at 830 Washington Avenue.

Officials warn that no one under 12 years of age, those who suffer from epilepsy or pregnant women will not be admitted.

The Haunted Cells tour actually opened a night early for friends and family members of the NYPD.
