On Thursday, October 1, 2026, at approximately 1445 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call of a welfare check inside of 2216 Adams Place, within the confines of the 48 lth Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unconscious and unresponsive 37-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the torso, left arm, left hand, and back.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the male deceased on the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
