The NYC Christian Athletic League is a non-for-profit organization located in Bronx, NY. Their mission is to provide recreational means as well as character developing skills to kids in urban areas.

This fall, the NYCCAL started a Youth Flag Football League. They are targeting inner city kids from the ages of 12 to 17. The League’s goal is to get these kids off the streets and away from exposure to drugs, alcohol and other destructive pressures.

The League’s enrollment is 60 kids. Everyone involved with the program is a volunteer who loves working with children.

Members play every Saturday morning at Harris field in Bronx, starting at 9:00 a.m. to about 11:00 a.m.
