Business Education To Benefit African American Youth

The African Women Power (AWP) Network, announced today that it will develop and stage a series of FREE business education webinars developed exclusively for African women and youths who want to be entrepreneurs.

AWP touted for its unique ability to turn dreams into reality, carries out its mission via a blog that provides inspirational entrepreneurial stories of African women and youths, and promotes the “I can do” mentality.

On Saturday, July 21, 2012, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (West African Time), or 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. (EST) AWP will kick off its first business education webinar with Nokia West Africa Account Manager, Kola Osinowo. The webinar entitled “Learn how your Mobile Phone can turn you into the next BIG entrepreneur” will teach entrepreneurs how mobile technology can help them move their business ideas forward.

Do you have a cellphone but have not yet figured out how it can enhance your business idea? Well, this webinar is for YOU. During the webinar, participants will learn how mobile technology can move business ideas forward and how African youths can utilize mobile technology in their entrepreneurial journey.
