A Bronx couple got a special delivery when they visited their favorite Mexican restaurant this weekend.
Alejandro Gonzalez and his pregnant wife, Mary, stopped into Cafe Veracruz in New Rochelle for a take-out dinner when the mother-to-be started to feel uncomfortable and went to the bathroom.
That is when the restaurant staff and her husband began to hear screaming. Maria delivered their baby before the paramedics arrived. Mother and daughter recovered at the Sound Shore Medical Center Sunday.
