A Bronx man was arrested with 100 pounds of marijuana in his car Thursday following a traffic stop by state police on I-787 in Menands, NY.

Bruce T. Tulloch, 38, is charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.

Police say at about 10:30 p.m. Tulloch was driving erratically and talking on his cell phone. Police stopped his vehicle and found a suitcase containing 100 pounds of marijuana.

He was arraigned in Menands Village Court and his bail was set at $50,000.
