On January 10, 2011, Trooper Shane Long, SP Oneonta, arrested Corie L. Moore, 18, of Bronx, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana (UPM).

The arrest resulted due to a complaint from a security guard at the Oneonta Job Corps Academy in Oneonta, NY. Mr. Moore was arraigned at the Town of Oneonta Court and was remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail.
